3 Students Shot as Gunmen Invade Enugu State University of Science and Technology

Gunmen suspected to be members of a secret cult invaded Enugu State University and Technology (ESUT) on Friday night.

Injured students were rushed to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) on Saturday morning, where they are said to be in critical condition.

The Nation reports the incident occured at the Unique Hostel at the university.
To prevent a reprisal attack, school authorities have tightened security around the hostel, and others in the vicinity of Agbani Permanent site of the university.
