According to LIB,this morning a lady who was trying to get to work at Lekki Gardens was crushed to death by a truck. According to eyewitnesses who were at the scene said the lady was trying to cross from the Abraham Adesanya End to the Lekki Gardens End when the truck ran over her. The truck driver tried to run but was stopped by a crowd that immediately gathered.
The girl was supposed to be a year older tomorrow because it was her birthday. One of her colleagues eventually came to the scene and identified her. People are still gathered at the scene waiting for police to arrive. See more photos after the cut...
